	Wiley was hurt by the owner's landlord, the owner tells us. He was treated at a vet office (wounds on his back and neck) and the owner couldn't afford to get him from the vet. He was turned in to the pound. He's a happy, very loving boy. His wounds have healed well. He gets along well with other dogs, walks very well on leash, and loads into a car on command.
