Rachael is a Border Collie/Lab mix female puppy, 4-6 months old.  She's so pretty and clean looking.  She's friendly, happy, and playful.  She was almost starved to death when animal control picked her up about 3 weeks ago, but Rescue has fattened her up, and she seems to know is grateful.
