Well, this little Blue Heeler puppy was indeed a "cowboy" with the two old gals from Rescue who went to pick him up from the dog pound.  He thought he had found a home, for sure.  He jumped, licked, talked, and generally made his gratitude known.
If you want somebody with personality, this is your guy!
