Shadow and Sophie:
The girls can now romp around out back
without getting into too much trouble. This also means they can hang out with us when Tony's working on cars or we are working on projects in the garage, which they love. Sophie is growing like a weed. It's as if we woke up one morning and she was suddenly all legs and big feet. She is learning quickly and responds fairly well to most commands. She is definitely a "willful child," and > tends to listen to me more than Tony. Unfortunately, Tony has dubbed Sophie "Crash." She currently has three tiny bald patches on her face. |
Faith: I
wanted to let you know that Faith is doing well. We all love her and she
is getting lots of cuddling. She is settling down and we finally heard her
bark! Just once but she did bark. She's still quiet unless she's in her
crate, which she doesn't like, but then she just whines. She'd much rather
be in someone's arms. Our Beagle Max is adjusting better than we hoped he
would. He's still unsure but she likes to rub against him and would like to
play but he's not ready for that just yet. Her first visit to our vet will
be tomorrow. Thank you for your kindness, Faith is a wonderful puppy. |
| Lovey: WE HAD A SCARE WITH OUR LITTLE LOVEY. SHE ATE SOMETHING THAT POISONED HER, MUSHROOMS OUTSIDE, OR POISONED MOLE...SOMETHING. ANYWAY, SHE WAS SO WEAKENED BY IT OVER THE WEEKEND THAT SHE IS NOW BACK TO HEALTH. THE VETS TOLD US TO JUST GIVE HER ICE WATER FOR A |
TIME THEN
WE INTRODUCED BACK FOODS SLOWLY WITH RICE AND GROUND BEEF. NOW SHE IS BACK
TRYING TO MUNCH THE OTHER DOGS FOOD. EVERYTHING IS NORMAL WHICH I AM SO
GLAD ABOUT WE JUST HAVE TO WATCH HER LIKE A HAWK WHEN SHE IS TEETHING! SHE LOVES TO PLAY FETCH THE BALL WITH ME, SHE'S GREAT WE ALL LOVE HER COMPANY! |
