Major's unique look is deceiving; he looks like a tough guy, scaring off the burglars, but he is a lovable marshmallow. He's so happy for attention, he just wiggles all over. Major is safe, dependable, and a nice dog. Short, easy to care for coat, very nice condition, he's had good care. Compact size, black tongue. Major could go in to any family and fit in as a playmate for the kids, or anything, he's just a nice boy. O.K. with cats, gets along with other dogs, loves kids. Pit Bulls and American Staffordshire Terriers are loyal, intelligent , brave, and exceedingly affectionate. There is probably no breed that is more loving with it's family, and often with strangers, than this energetic mass of solid bone & thick muscle. They thrive on affection and devote themselves to being part of their human family. They are depicted in many antique pictures, playing with and guarding children. This is their true nature.
