Herbie is a tiny little young black & white male Chihuahua only about ten 
pounds.  He was picked up by animal control, lost and was not claimed by his owners.  Chihuahuas are very brave and alert, the world's smallest breed.  He is the ultimate toy lap 
dog. Don't let his small size deceive you.  He would protect you with 
his last breath.  He offers comfort and companionship.  The theory is that he is a descendant of Techichi, a dog bred by the Toltecs, of ancient Mexico, as early as the 9th century.
