Mr. Chips came to us from the local animal shelter.   It looks like he's a blue merle Australian Shepherd.   He's a nice boy, who was quite afraid when he first came to the shelter, but now is a sweet and loving boy.  He's tolerant of new situations, and walks well on leash.  His foster family will be getting to know him much better.   He's okay with the other dogs, and was quite a gentleman when he went to the veterinary office for his neuter.  She says he was very sweet, only about 50 pounds, appears to be under 2 years old, and easy to handle.  He loves children, would do great with a couple of kids who could keep him busy.
