with other dogs and even cats once they get to know him. He has not been neutered, and has been an outdoor dog.   He is a great guard do. If an intruder is about he perks up in that classic guard dog stance that's enough to make anyone think twice about going where they shouldn't go.  We have had to move into town, and Eli needs lots of room to roam.  He will chase animals, so he needs a home with a lot of space (preferably a large fenced yard) OR an environment where someone can give him a LOT of attention and keep him engaged and stimulated (he is very smart and gets bored easily).
