River is a cute little boy, just weighs 6 1/2 pounds.   He's in a foster home with small children, and he's okay with them, but nervous.  He's so small, he's worried about getting hurt.  River still needs some work on housetraining, but will use a doggie door.  He is definitely a snuggler, and a lap dog.  He's very energetic, and loves to play.  He's good with others dogs, his previous home had several dogs and lots of children.
