Tip is a wonderful 2 year old boy who loves everyone.  Cats, other dogs, and all animals that he's met so far.  He is neutered.  This sweet boy is shy when he first meets you.  But, he warms up quickly, and comes when he's called.  He walks well on leash, and is very attentive.  His tail is only a stump, but it makes for a cute wiggle!  Tip requires a fenced yard, although his ultimate joy is inside on his blankets, and will share with cats.  He is very well housetrained, and has never had an accident.  He'll be a perfect companion, no matter what your lifestyle.
